Sydney Wearable Art Gala Tickets

Design Centre Enmore & TAFE NSW proudly invite you to attend the 2nd annual Sydney Wearable Art Gala, Hosted by the legendary Murray Cook (The original Red Wiggle!).

What is Wearable Art? It's what happens when you put Fashion, Costume, Theatre and Art in a blender. Sound confusing? It's something you'll need to see to believe: so join us for SWAG 2024, and witness the very best of Australia's established and emerging Wearable Art designers as they showcase their wild, outrageous and innovative creations on stage at the iconic Enmore Theatre.

This year's theme is VAUDEVILLE and in the spirit of classic variety shows the Gala will also include Wearable Art performances that combine theatre & costume in ways that are sure to blow your mind.

Sydney Wearable Art Gala will also feature a panel of industry experts, including Kirsten Junor (recycling and sustainability expert), Rene Rivas (celebrated costume designer), Tim Chappel (Academy Award winning costume designer for ‘Priscilla, Queen of the Desert’) and Thursday evening VIP guest judge: Jenny Kee (fashion designer extraordinaire).

And if you need any more reason to attend: SWAG is also an opportunity to make real change; $5 from every ticket will be donated to: Father Chris Riley's Youth Off The Streets, a local charity that tackles youth homelessness in the city.
