Ticket purchasers will receive an email approximately three (3) days prior to the show date with VIP details, this will be sent to the email address submitted at time of purchase. If a ticket purchaser does not receive an email by this time, as soon as practicable, they should contact info@tegvanegmond.com.
TEG Van Egmond, the artist, tour Promoter, VIP staff, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible and shall bear no liability for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer. For the avoidance of doubt, it is incumbent on the ticket purchaser to ensure the accuracy and currency of the contact information provided at the time of purchase and up to the date and time of the event.
All packages and package contents are non-transferable and not valid if purchased through unauthorised fan-to-fan resale; subject to applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law), no refunds or exchanges, including without limitation, change of mind; all sales are final. Package elements are subject to change at the discretion of the Artist or Promoter, and all reasonable endeavours will be used to communicate to ticket purchasers if any changes do occur.
