Ikebana (literally "giving life to flowers") is the Japanese art of flower arrangement, in which the arrangement brings nature and humanity closer together. Join local ceramacist and bonsai horticulturalist, Daniel Leone as he guides you through the art of ikebana flower arrangement. Daniel’s passion for ikebana has seen him design and care for the Japanese garden and arrange ikebana flower displays at Koto Restaurant near Old Parliament House. Participants will leave with their own ikebana flower arrangement.
